8,000 net sqm of net laboratory space in the San Raffaele Research Institute research facilities are located by Science Park Raf SpA to seven tenants: Schering-Plough, Bracco, Axxam, Bioxell, Primm, and the above mentioned Molmed and Telbios.
The laboratories of two important charity research organizations, San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (HSR Tiget) and Cystic Fibrosis Association are also present in the science park.

The availability of around 75,000 sqm of new laboratory space and university facilities, that are now under construction, will definitely allow to expand the science park real estate activities.
