Science Park Raf SpA supported the creation of three start-up companies generated from the knowledge, technology and intellectual property available within the San Raffaele organization:
() Molmed, established in 1997, today is one of the biggest biotech firms in Italy with a pipeline of four molecules in phase I/II clinical studies.
() Telbios is a company specialized in tele-medicine services, the result of a partnership between San Raffaele, the contents’ provider, with Telecom Italia and Alenia Spazio, technology providers respectively for telecommunication and satellite communication and Value Partners.
() A third start up, Bioflag, has just been founded, with a strong specialization in bio-informatics applied the genetic studies for the development of innovative diagnostic solutions.
