The safeguard of the confidentiality of personal data constitutes a primary engagement for Science Park Raf (hereinafter SPR); for this reason our web activities are managed according to the laws on the protection and the safety of the data.
The present document, named "PRIVACY POLICY", contains information relevant to the collection and the management of the customers data.
This Policy can be modified and/or updated in order to adapt it to the characteristics of the services offered by SPR. To the senses of Article 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 it is hereby certified the following. 1. Collection and use of the personal data We collect two kinds of information relevant to our customers: personal information (i.e. name, company, e-mail address, ec), supplied voluntarily by the customer, and additional information (i.e. number of visitors of our web site, pages which they approach, etc.)
The management of the personal data will include: collection, recording, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, communication, cancellation and destruction. The treatment of the personal data has the sole aim to supply our services and to enable the necessary management, i.e.:
1. elaboration of the data for internal statistics;
2. operating activities for the internal management.
The filling of forms or the sending of messages by means of the web site www.spr.it involves the consent to the treatment of the personal data supplied and for the above mentioned purposes.
The collected information will be dealt, protected and controlled, in respect of the precautionary measures, by means preventing the risk of loss or destruction, non-authorized access or not allowed treatment,the lesion to the integrity or the confidentiality of the data.
SPR reserves the right to give the collected data to Third Parties, connected to SPR because of services of management, maintenance and operation of the web site, for internal requirements and in order to comply with the law's obbligation.

According to the requirements of the technical discipinary as to minimal precautionary measures (Articles from 33 to 36 of the privacy code), SPR web site put into effect physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to safeguard and insure the safety of the information, supplied on line by the customer, from loss, uncorrect utilization as well as alteration.
Please remember that all the personal data are supplied to the site via internet, by means of systems not controlled or controllable by SPR, and that could be intercepted by third parties. 3. External Links The web site www.spr.it could contain links to other sites, managed by companies connected or not connected to SPR site.
SPR is not responsible for the content and the respect of the privacy policy carried out by web sites connected to SPR site. SPR therefore recommend to read carefully the privacy declaration contained in every web site.
4. Rights of the concerned parties. Access to the data and claims. Articles 7 and 8 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 fix the rights and the faculties that the customer could exercise with reference to the supplied data. In particular, the customer could ask the owner the origin and the existence of the data, their comprehensive availability, and the aim of the treatment.
SPR undertakes a fair and rapid solution to any possible dispute on the privacy policy.
5. Customer explicit consent As per Articles 23 and 24 of D.Lgs. 196/2003, the customer must give SPR explicit consent for the utilization of the supplied data, for purposes different from those previously expressed, and in particular:
- mailing of advertising;
- mailing of commercial information;
- data processing for market researches and statistics.
