The new San Raffaele Biomedical Science Park has a roof

Today, October 2007, all the new buildings have a roof, and the majour cabling and piping works in the new laboratories have been completed. Everything will be ready in May 2008.

74.000 square meters (800.000 sqft) of new laboratory space, office and meeting rooms are available for new tenants' labs, and for the expansion of the San Raffaele Research Institute and the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.

Several expressions of interest from majour global pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms and technology service companies have already been received and contract negotiations are in progress.

Most of the space available for tenant companies have already been booked.
