The ‘Dibit 2’ project is a new, globally significant facility designed to foster research and innovation and take discoveries from the lab to the patient.

A total 0f 74.000 square meters of new laboratory space are under construction, and will be ready by mid 2008.

Dibit 2 brings together best-in-class science, top medicine, and university with business and capital, creating unique opportunities. Leading researchers in diverse fields such as medical sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and information technology, medical doctors with strong experience in clinical trials, and university professors connect under the same roof to biotech and pharma companies, business services firms, funding agencies and venture capitalists – to quickly turn ideas into products and partnerships, the ideal growing environment for any biomedical research related business initiative.

Dibit 2 is within the San Raffaele complex, located in Milan, Italy, in the center of one of the most developed biomedical clusters in Europe.
